Prior to joining Ken Matthews to form Matthews Steer Chartered Accountants in 1990, Geoff was a Senior Tax Manager with the international accounting firm of Arthur Andersen & Co for more than 10 years.

Geoff’s knowledge of taxation matters combined with his financial planning skills enable him to provide a complete financial service for professional, executive and small business clients. Testament to Geoff’s skills in this arena is his recent recognition as one of the Top 10 Financial Planners in Australia by the Australian Financial Review’s Smart Investor Magazine.

Geoff is a committee member of the Victoria University - Accounting and Finance Program Advisory Committee and a member of Tullamarine Rotary Club.
