She’s often the voice we hear when others are afraid to ask a question, and when you set her a task you can be confident that she will deliver. I love her strong, respectful values, and her no fuss, can-do attitude.”
The 2020 Employee of the Year, Belinda Torr, was recognised for her ‘Contribution to Culture’ at the 2021 awards. “We invest heavily in our workplace culture at Matthews Steer, and our people are instrumental in forming, evolving and sustaining our culture,” said Duncan. “Belinda has wisdom beyond her years, and the growth gene is part of her DNA.
“Belinda has worked across multiple areas of the business and she sees problems as opportunities, and frustrations as improvement projects. She has a voice within our firm, uses it to inspire others, and has been instrumental in the growth and development of many, many of her colleagues. I always have fun when I collaborate with Belinda.”
