Mario and Daniel took the reins at Class Plastics in 2008, navigating the transfer of ownership of the business from its founder, moving premises, opening a factory interstate, and continually upping the ante in the packaging game.
With the business growing faster than their small team could facilitate, the passionate pair turned to Matthews Steer for external support, a sounding board, and for help to access capital and grants that would assist them to realise their plans and dreams.
Since 2012 the team at Matthews Steer has supported them to overcome numerous challenges, and to establish an infrastructure that has enabled them to increase sales, improve staff capability, and expand their business to produce new packaging types.
Now one of the most respected entrepreneurial manufacturers in Melbourne, Class Plastics are members of the Northern Business Innovation Roundtable, a network of 18 non-competing Northern Melbourne businesses that facilitates business leaders making informed decisions through shared innovative thinking.
We’re proud to have walked shoulder to shoulder with Mario, Daniel, and the rest of the Class Plastics team on their incredible journey so far, and we look forward to continuing to support them on the pathway to future success.
